What happens when you live on the end of a dark, abandoned street in a run down house... with a murderer on the loose? Just a little 2nd person perspective drabble I came up with.
Note: The following short story has been published in print by Polar Expressions Publishing in 2015, as part of the student work anthology "The Observer", which contains works submitted by students all over Canada, as part of a nation-wide short story contest.

Fast forward eight years, Sera, now a skilled chef, found herself unexpectedly intersecting with Thaddeus, who had transformed into a bustling CEO of his father's company Whitlick and Co. As they reentered each other's lives, Thaddeus discovered an irresistible pull towards Sera, while she, fearing she'd only bring trouble, attempted to keep a safe distance.
