An old poem I wrote a few years ago that I've finally decided to share about the color red. It's distinct nature has many meanings, but in this poem I really only focus on one that seems really important today. It derived from a story I wrote a long time ago. I hope the moral meaning of it comes across, but please by all means take away and interpret what you think it means. Ever time I read it I feel like I find something new. It's short and sweet!

Hi! This is extremely old. The only reason it's still up is because it's my only somewhat successful piece. I dislike it in its entirety, but I very much appreciate all of those who've read it, commented, favorited, etc. Y'all kept me on this app for many years. Ty!
