I honestly never pictured myself rejecting my mate. After all, isn't it the guy that usually rejects the girl? Not the other way around?
Victoria has been running and lying for as long as she can remember. Every few months she, and her bodyguard Dean end up in a different town. If Victoria stops hiding, she will be found and executed. She is also a werewolf, and all werewolves have mates. So, what happens when she finds hers and has to reject him? Isn't protecting him what's best?
