Life was peaceful. The districts were finally getting together, and the surviving rebels were happier than they ever were. But all that is about to change.
Xavier Snow was Snow's last son. Nobody knew about him. He was born when the rebellion began, and to keep him safe, Snow sent him far away from Panem, to come back when he's older.
Xavier is now 20 years old. And he's coming back to do avenge his family.
To save Panem from the traitorous rebels.
Let the Hunger Games begin.
