The year was 2087. It was the fourth year of having everyone as equal. Equal meaning that no one was the 'most' attractive. No one  was the 'most' smart. No one was the best at anything. Everyone was simply the same. 

Mostly everyone in this community is completely fine with this. No one questioned the rules, and probably never would. 

Evelyn Fords wasn't like everyone else. Unlike them, she was curious. Curious about the rules, about the way they lived life. Curious about everything.
