All throughout Ouran Academy, there is a rumor that a foreigner will attend Ouran Academy and to be in Class 1-A. Everyone is interested, especially a certain Host Club. But this new student- or rather these two new students- aren't any normal foreigners.

Eliza and Patrick Madden are fraternal twins whose family died in an assassination attempt. They stay in their rooms for months and then are sent to live with their uncle. Their uncle lives in Japan and is making them attend Ouran Academy through an academic sholarship so that they can be eased back into society. However, because their family died, both have lost the ability to trust in others beside each other. However, they act like everyone could be their friends and as if nothing terrible happened in their life.

The plan to help them ease back into society and to trust other people doesn't work for a while until they meet the host club. Will they be able to regain that ability to trust people? Or will they seclude themselves from society even farther than before?
