The Sun Awaits [Short Story]

While everyone else is happy and living on the new planet; Aeon, 15 year old Noah has to survive his life in a city back on Earth, boxed in from the sun and the dangers it's caused. Only lit by solar-powered floodlights that hang on the roof, the world around him is dark and falling apart with every second he wastes. Noah's dream is to see the sun for the first time in his life, will he make it? Or will the darkness send him down-under?
