In the crime ridden city of Belpoint, vigilante justice has started to become an everyday occurrence. Siblings Miles and Clara Palmer, better known as Falchion and Darkstar, have always worked alone, using their minor superpowers to be one of the most effective fighting teams in the city. But when a threat more powerful than their typical criminal blindsides them, Miles and Clara realize that a much larger force will be necessary to save the city... and then the world.
