12 year old Tyron is living in the streets picking off of leftovers from high end restaurants in the garbage can and pickpocketing. His life is terrible and he is filled with rage and confusion about why he was abandoned. His best friend Marshall is the opposite just tagging along with him until he finds what he wants to do with his life.
12 year old Clair is living in a mansion with everything done for her. She lives her life in boredom and daydreaming. She wishes she could run away and find her prince on an epic adventure. Her best friend Victoria is poor living off of Clair's food that was snuck out of the kitchen late at night.
But the parents have deep secrets they keep from Clair and the orphanage has hidden information on Tyron's parents. One night Tryon receives a compass and Clair receives a map on the same night. Will they follow the way the object leads them and find out the mysterious things that are hidden from them or will they stay put and let their brains drive mad from the constant questions running through their heads?
