As you know, not all of the civilians were able to board the boats bound for the interior of Wall Rose.

Olivia and her little sister were two of the twenty percent left behind. Once the two girls had run out of supplies after surviving for two weeks underground, they were forced to journey to the surface. However, evading the titans was nearly impossible, and naturally, they were spotted.

In desperation of being cornered, Olivia had removed the Maneuver Gear off of the corpse of a man, and after many failed attempts, was able to make it over the wall just in time with her little sister.

After having lost her older brother when the titan's had breached the walls, the two girls were forced to survive on the streets of the city within wall Rose, where Olivia first discovered her ability to heal wounds and move through solid objects. Wanting to avenge their brother, and the only person who served as their guardian, Olivia had wanted to enlist training, and join the Survey Corps.

However, the only thing stopping her was Alexa, her little sister. If she were to go away so soon, who would take care of her? And that was how she ended up agreeing to wait until the next fall when Alexa was old enough to join her in the training cadets, on the condition that when they graduated, Alexa would be in the top ten and was to select the Military Police and live within wall Sina.

But can the sisters be separated? And what exactly awaits her in the Survey Corps when they find out about her special abilities?
