Autumn and Lilith, two best friends, are at Autumn's house one afternoon when they run out of things to do with their time. They find themselves in the attic with a locked chest without a key. When the key appears out of what seems to be nowhere, the two girls unlock the chest and a whole other world. The magical world of fairy tales.

The girls travel through many beloved fairy tales they were told as kids and are faced with many unthinkable tasks. When magic and reality collide, it's not always pretty.

Remember, life isn't a fairy tale, darling.
