Olivia Ryans has been haunted by her father's death, for the past three years. Her family is having financial issues and she is thinking of dropping out of school. This way Olivia can work to support her family's restaurant. She's stopped enjoying life. Until, Sean comes along. Sean Kingston has leukemia and has already been told he has a year before his death. So, he goes to live in Winnipeg with his grandparents. Sean expects to spend his last year having fun and being with his friends and family. Instead, he falls in love. Who would've thought that a dying boy could teach a grieving girl how to live? *Author's Rating: PG-13

Anyways, it didn't matter, for her illness was getting better and she could finally get back to school. Sophomore year. Gosh. She could finally be a normal teenager. Then she saw "him" in the school hallways. The boy. Although he seemed different, less warm, more cold. It was like he put up a façade and barricaded his true self.
