Katherine, grieving the loss of her family, is forced out onto the streets of London to search for others like her. Alone and in need of a friend, Katherine finds her safe haven but it isn't long before trouble arises. Fleeing to a manor hidden away in the french country side with her new-found companions, Katherine and the others must lie low and keep their magic to a minimum.
