I've been through my own struggle, whether it was created in my head by way of prolonged sadness or bitterness/resentment, or if I was struggling with things I had no control over like failed friendships, a broken heart, or family drama. This is my advice to you based off of my life experiences. Along with pieces of life experience advice I've included poetry and spoken word pieces from different perspectives and I try to break down life into beautiful words that people can relate to and see that we all struggle- you're not alone and we are each so valuable.

I've always been rebellious; wanting to do things that people around me don't agree with. I guess that made me feel liberated from my past, from everything that surrounded me. I think your past makes up a big part of who you are, it's that part of you that you grow into and remain like that. I've never had anything easy at all. It's always been hard on me. It's been so hard every part of me has been broken into a million pieces beyond repair. I tried to become better but turns out I failed because I'm falling and I can't stop falling but this time I'll fight. I will not go down without a fight. *book extract* He pulled out his gun from his jacket making me fire at his arm and he dropped it screaming even louder while begging me to stop. "I asked you to stop too didn't I? I begged and cried but you never stopped. Why should I?" I fired at his other leg. "I don't want to kill you, I want to cripple you. After living a tedious and monotonous life growing up all she wanted was fun. Fun like getting drunk several nights a week and coming home so hung over she couldn't see her own feet. Fun like enjoying a night out with her 3 other best friends who have joined her all along. Is that really fun? Young Sydney Martin was forced to endure the life of a stereotype. Living the same routine everyday. Her boyfriend, or now ex boyfriend put her in an empty whole of nothingness. But Sydney was in love. Falling so hard she saw nothing else but him. Everything in her life was the blur of a common place.They would under go everything with each other. From eating breakfast together in the morning, to playing in the sheets at night. Her life was perfect. Everyday was a new day for Sydney. Of course when your 20 years old & withstanding a job at an aquarium what other option do you have? Evan made it exciting for her. They would go to amusement parks, travel the world together for years on end. But nothing lasts forever. One day, it all stopped and he was gone. It was just another Cinderella story. Break ups do that to you, they rip apart everything you once had in your heart. That's what a heart break is all about. All that Sydney had left was her 3 best friends, Abbie, Kalie, & Amanda. Of course she had her parents in a distant way but what 20 year old wants to sulk with their 50 year old guardians? Sydney was convinced love doesn't exist. So she forced her life to become a fast pace movie franchise. Getting drunk at bar's every night and living her life to the most in order to leave the life that only existed in the past. But when her best friend Abbey introduces yet another celebrity friend to her group she doesn't stand a chance. With one wink of an eye & a new future ahead of her everything could be thrown away. Maybe she could even love again. But life always has obstacles. Does love truly exsist?

These poems are just some of the little pieces that make up my life. Whenever I get inspired by someone or something, I write a little story about it in the form of a poem. In a way, it helps me express what I have in my mind in a very vague way. I'm not that kind of a direct person, but there are things that are sometimes, better to kept secret. Here, these poems are what I wanted to say to my friends, to other important people, to people in general, to the world around me, to life and each detail it possesses. SCREENPLAY VERSION.... 18+ readers only ❤️ I've lived the last eight years of my life in pain. Pain that should've brought me to my knees, with a big fat "Screw-you world, I'm outta here!" Still, I refused to give up. Never did I want to be that weak, pitiful woman I was with him. Our relationship, (If you can even call it that) became toxic. I knew it was, but I didn't see this one coming. No, that's a lie. It was totally his style. It didn't surprise me at all. I lost so much confidence because of him, so finding love was a complete no no. I just couldn't allow anybody else in after living with the devil himself. It's impossible. I've lost the ability to trust anybody, aside from my family and my best friend. But never did I imagine my life going this way, and because of it, I lost all hope of ever finding love again. Living with all that destruction almost destroyed me. I knew he was bad, but never did I think he would ruin my life. He knew how important my dreams were, and still, he destroyed everything. Crazily, I knew it was his jealousy that made him do it. I've never in my life met anybody so green-eyed before. It was all about control, and I had enough. Since then, it's taken a long time in getting my life back on track. Yet just when I thought it was clear to move forward, I'm hit with more drama. Can I survive it, or will the devil himself come back and destroy my happiness forever?

I wanted to hide somewhere and never come back. Lucifer slowly turned me towards him. He lift up my veil and pulled my waist tightly until I was completely pressed against him. Then he whispered "welcome to my world, wife" and kissed me hard on my lips. It was more like a punishment kiss. I tried to push him but he bite my lips hard. Now tears were streaming down my face. After some minutes he released me and wipe my tears and kissed me on my forehead. People were clapping. Celebrating my doom.

I will write my future story in bilingual. I want to force myself to be the person I like. I don't care if other people like me, I just care if they like me. After days of hesitation, I finally settled on the name, and I sat on the toilet thinking about the script God had sent me... I can't wait to read the script God sends me and I can't wait to finish it. After writing it, the English audio reading was wonderful. I burst into tears as I listened, and burst into tears as I finished writing. This is very interesting. I always touch myself again and again, always write dreams in my dreams. Whose life is not a dream? I am an affectionate and tragic person, and I love this world deeply. Love so deeply, so seriously. God often gives me so much information that my brain feels like it's going to explode and I'm going crazy. I can understand what Vincent van Gogh was doing in the wheat field. When you see everything in the world, dear, you don't care about anything anymore. You only live for your own happiness. People start to distance themselves from you and you become more and more lonely. God, I ask you again and again, why am I stuck in the desert? I want you to answer me, once is not enough, ten times is not enough, a hundred times is not enough, a thousand times is not enough, ten thousand times is not enough! 2025/1/5

Hello, I don't write to inform you or to show you my life story. I write to show that you can move on from the past and let go. The only way you can move on it is to forgive yourself and the people who have hurt your soul. I write for the damaged, to let them know I see them suffering in silence. This book is about overcoming the hells of life and letting yourself enjoy the good things that you have. I wrote this when I was going through a really hard time in my own life. This book was my safe place. It's a place for me to express my feelings and to be 100% open with myself. I hope this makes you think about what you can do to start healing and how we have an effect on others. Treat yourself kindly, and be gentle.
