Ride the Line

The trees rush past the windows as I travel up the country. Searching for an escape I guess. I don't want to go back, just ride this train forever. Forever in limbo, a nomadic lifestyle. But I know all too well that that is not possible. That all things must come to an end. The train will reach the end of the line, with no more possible connections. This state of travelling up and down is soothing, it gives me time to reflect, time to reconsider. The events of the past few days will affect me for the rest of my life. That's why I don't want to get off this train for getting off the train means having to face up to the reality of my situation.
