Jake held out his hand.
"Do you trust me?" he asked sweetly with a smile.
I looked at him as my face softened. I glanced over the waterfall with uncertainty then back at him. So many thoughts circled in my mind. Fear, passion, and desire flooded my senses. But if there's anybody that could get me through this, it's him. My lips formed into an ever so slight smile as I took his warm hand.
I trust him;
with my life,
and with my heart.
Lea Robel was only 14 when she lost her parents in a horrible car accident. Now by the age of 16, she has been sent to 6 different foster families only to be returned every time. But what happens when she finally cracks under the pressure of another family who hopes to return her? She wakes up later to find herself laying on a beach.
