Greyson and Sophie have been best friends since before they even knew what friends were. As they grew up, they tackled all of their challenges together, from first dates to all of the unmentionable mishaps of middle school. Now going into their senior year, Greyson's passion for photography is opening doors he never imagined and attracting girls he never thought he could get. With the stress of senior year weighing her down, Sophie realizes that Greyson is growing up without her and quite possibly falling in love with a girl that isn't everything she's cracked up to be. She realizes the little crush she's always had on Greyson might be more serious than she thought, and finds herself drowning on her own in the same waters Greyson had always helped her navigate. Sophie ends up on the dark road of self harm with little clue as to how she can turn herself around. With the help of her close friends and her older brother, she starts making strides towards recovery, but it's a long road with plenty of wrong turns to be made. Can she fix herself and find a way into Greyson's heart?
