Chat Noir is struggling with his Ladybug, who was becoming more and more distant. When Marinette and Chat enter into a friends with benefits arrangement to attempt to move on, will they push away the feelings they form for one another, or will they embrace them? Just so you know, I wrote this after seeing the season where Marinette became The guardian, so any new characters in the season's that follow are not involved in my story. I also dropped the peacock miraculous, and the special transformations with the Kawamis. This is the first story I've ever posted on here, so I hope you enjoy it! Chat Noir's identity has been revealed in the worst possible way imaginable - In front of a nation-wide broadcast crew while facing an Akuma. His life is shaken dramatically, nothing can be the same again, and there is only one source of stability for both Adrien Agreste and Chat Noir now. Meanwhile, Marinette has to come to terms that the person she's admired and her occasionally irritating but trustworthy partner, are one in the same, all while reeling from visits from a certain cat she's grown particularly fond of. Primarily MariChat and Adrienette (It's all the same ship anyway, lets be honest here). First Marichat/Adrienette fanfic, so let me know any criticisms that you may have.
