After Madara's defeat, Naruto Married Hinata, and Sasuke married Sakura. Sasuke and Sakura had 5 sons over the next 19 years. But what if around the time Sakura was 1 month pregnant with their 4th son, Sasuke and her got into a big fight right before Sasuke left for a mission in the land of Lightning. While there he meets a woman in the Village hidden in the clouds. Her name was Yuki, they met in a bar and after some drinks to relieve their stress they have one night stand. Sasuke left the next day only knowing the woman's name and she only knew his first name. Two months later Yuki finds out she is pregnant. Sadly 15 years after having the baby Yuki dies leaving Koneko to go live with Sasuke and his wife and children, forcing her to leave her older brother and little 3 year old brother behind to live with the clan because they are accepted.
