Michael Green is 16 when he discovers he has a special power: Power Absorption. He is taken from his normal public school and is put into an all male boarding school called Hendrell Academy. He soon discovers Power Absorption means he can harvest and control the powers of anyone around him. That is extremely rare, and now Michael has to protect himself and his friends from the mysterious Doctor Hoxen who is hell-bent on poisoning the children in hopes they will perform better and be stronger in executing their powers. Along with all of this, Michael is trying to find who he is sexually and emotionally. Michael has to step up to the plate to defend his new life with the friends that he wants to keep more than anything in the world, but life isn't always that easy.
