Ryan "Rayne" Henderson is a sixteen year old boy who is transgender. He has known this since he was ten, but never told anyone until now. And when he does, not only do his friends drop him, but his parents kick him out. Now he lives on campus at Minor Beings College, a college for early graduates of high school. He is devastated. He had hoped he would be accepted, but had only been shunned. Now he is suicidal and emo. He believes there is no one out there that will love him.
Alexa "Alex" Demond is also transgender. She has known since she was five, she always felt as if she were one of the boys. Her parents have accepted her from day one. Alex is 17 and is now attending Minor Beings College. She plans on graduating, becoming a lawyer, and raising enough money to be changed into a man. The one she was supposed to be.
What happens when these two meet? Will it be love?
