She's a genie with wishes of her own.

The books I have are very old. I've read all of them at least twice, and now I'm trying to think of ways to make reading them interesting again. I lay on the bed again. Think of six impossible things, like Alice and her father did in the Disney movie. I think. Okay. One, genies exist. That one is almost always the first. I can never really think of impossible things that have actually happened after that so I move to ones that haven't. Two, I'll get an outfit that has pants. Three, one day I'll meet a master who won't ask for money or fortune of some sort. Four, I'll actually like one of my masters. Five, I won't have to wait long after I wake up to get a new job. I roll over in my bed, pressing my face into the pillow and sighing. Six, I'll be free of this stupid lamp someday.

These were all impossible things because no one would ever waste their precious three wishes on her. Would they?

She has found a new master who is completely different from her previous ones, but her lamp is nowhere to be found. So why has she been placed in here?

YES THIS IS BASED ON THE DISNEY MOVIE YES IT FOLLOWS THE STORYLINE VERY SIMILARLY I DO NOT CLAIM ANY RIGHTS TO THE CHARACTERS, LOCATION, STORY, ETC ETC, I'VE WATCHED THE MOVIE, ACTUALLY LIKED IT, BUT THIS IS MY VERSION IF IT WAS WRITTEN AS LIKE AN ACTION-ROMANCE WITH THAT NOTORIOUS STAR-BOY. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT SUE ME (or hate me :( ) Wishes are one of the most powerful things about humans. They hold people's deepest desires, deepest thoughts, and most beautiful dreams. But they are also magically powerful, and the King of Rosas knows this. The great sorcerer King Magnifico founded Rosas with the sole purpose of harvesting this power. His people, when they turn 18, give him their wishes in exchange they get to live in a safe, beautiful, and prosperous kingdom completely for free. And once a year, a lucky citizen may have their wish granted, returning back to whole. However giving up a wish is a difficult thing. It's like taking away a part of your soul, leaving behind an empty gap no material object will fill. Asha, a 17 year old girl who has yet to give up her wish, watched as this emptiness consumed her grandfather. He is about to turn 100 years old, which means he has lived almost 82 years with that emptiness that seemed to just grow and grow over the years, but he is a strong man, never giving up on the dream that one year his wish will be granted. Asha, determined to make his wish come true, tries to become the King's apprentice, one of the sure-fire ways a wish could be granted, is to become the one who can grant it. But instead of learning how to grant wishes, Asha learns the dark reason why King Magnifico keeps them. Fearing for her people's wishes, Asha turns away from the King and his ways, doing the forbidden and wished upon a star, only for a boy who's hair glowed like starlight to fall from the sky.

A year has passed since Seren Marzena returned to the Night Court with her mate, Azriel. Their time of rest is coming to an end. Plans long kept silent are now being enacted. All across Prythian, threats are revealing themselves. The three Mortal Queens have returned and pledged their allegiance to Koschei, an ancient god who is determined to see Prythian crumble beneath him. Old allies are becoming new enemies as Koschei's influence spreads. He and the Queens must be defeated before they locate Prythian's most powerful artifacts. Time is running out for everyone. If the Courts cannot band together and summon their remaining allies in time, all will be lost. Seren isn't willing to see that happen, and she will do whatever she can to aid her family in their fight to save Prythian. TW: this book will deal with triggering topics. If you are easily triggered this is not the story for you, thanks. (Book one in the Starlight series) ─── Β· γ€‚οΎŸβ˜†: *.☽ .* :β˜†οΎŸ. ─── Danika Archeron was born in the shadows. Always looking over her shoulder when her family wasn't looking. She was their protector even if they didn't know it. She had been training as an assassin and warrior since she was eight years old, and yet her family had never suspected a thing. What will Danika do when she's spirited away to Prythian with her little sister, surrounded by the creatures she'd been training to kill for as long as she could remember? ─── Β· γ€‚οΎŸβ˜†: *.☽ .* :β˜†οΎŸ. ─── I cut him off my smile unfaltering, "Think before you speak, the last male who didn't lost more than just his tongue." I know both High Fae caught the wording of male, instead of man when their eyebrows rose a fraction of an inch. "Is that a threat?" Hissy asked. "No," I replied, "It's advice." ─── Β· γ€‚οΎŸβ˜†: *.☽ .* :β˜†οΎŸ. ─── (Also!! just an FYI Danika is largely inspired by Manon Blackbeak, so that's why I used some of her fanart and such. I also might include some of Manon's abilities like her nails, cause I feel like that would be fun. ) ─── Β· γ€‚οΎŸβ˜†: *.☽ .* :β˜†οΎŸ. ─── ACOTAR fanfic- OC x Rhysand This book will finish ACOTAR and the next book will be ACOMAF ─── Β· γ€‚οΎŸβ˜†: *.☽ .* :β˜†οΎŸ. ─── DISCLAIMER: All characters go to Sarah J.
