Josie cant catch a break. Her mother has butchered her self esteem, and has forced her to move yet again because of a new mystery man in her life who seems to be more interested in Josie than her mother. Plus she's starting a new school in the middle of senior year can things get any worse?
but things start to look up as a new man enters Josie's life who is determined to do nothing but make her happy.
Ian is a 19 year old hustler. He does odd jobs for the towns drug lord, he hates it and wants nothing more than to get out of this mess and go back to school. When he is asked to do a body guard job for the drug lords 'step daughter' he finds himself in way over his head, and actually happy for the first time in his life.
