Once the gods where many, once they had many offspring. They all lived happily in the Aether under the watchful eye of the All Mother. But then She disappeared, and a new God rose to take her place. He was as malevolent as She was benevolent, He was called The Shadows. He started His reign by ordering no more children, and those that existed already were to be locked away. All who dared to disobey were also killed, and their essence gathered into special sealed jars. One child was sent away, his destiny was to free the Gods from their prison, with the help from some friends, and a few unexpected allies.
