Impulse - Phan (discontinued)

Phil is new. He's just moved to a new town, being the new kid, you'd expect him to quiet and not talk to his new peers. Wrong. He's jumped into the chaos like he's lived here since he was born. He's a confident extrovert with excellent social skills.

He is the seeming opposite of Dan.

Dan is old. He's lived here since a month after his birth. He is unlike the usual kids who've lived here, who know everyone and talk like they haven't got a care in the world. He is an anxious introvert who is poor with social skills and bullied because of his Tourettes.

Then Phil comes along.
