It's the fourth Quarter Quell. Violet Mellark is competing. But she's not trying to win. She doesn't want the glory. The only thing that she wants is that the winner is someone other than James Hawthorne. This story is if there were other victors in the third Quarter Quell, there was no revolution, but Katniss and Peeta did get married and had children. And so did Gale Hawthorne. Rights go to Suzanne Collins, the brilliant writer of the original Hunger Games.
