Dean is back in purgatory... again. This time he wants to get out, but no one is there to help him. Elsewhere Sam is trying everything to try and get Dean back, even if it means making a deal with a demon. Over time Dean realizes that Cas may be able to help him and prays to him. Castiel tells Sam he is going to save Dean, but there may be a price to pay. Sam decides that he wants to come too but it's very risky. Will Cas let Sam come? Will Dean make it out?

With Castiel gone Dean doesn't eat or sleep he just drinks and prays wondering if Cas can hear him. Day and night he checks the newspapers and police reports from every city, and county in the US for any sign of the trench coat angel. With no leads things become even more bleaker.
