Elsewhere Sam is trying everything to try and get Dean back, even if it means making a deal with a demon. Over time Dean realizes that Cas may be able to help him and prays to him. Castiel tells Sam he is going to save Dean, but there may be a price to pay. Sam decides that he wants to come too but it's very risky. Will Cas let Sam come? Will Dean make it out?
