Going to Hollywood is the dream. Living there is just amazing. For 19 year old Scarlett Dylan things just get better and better. Moving from Minnesota to Hollywood would be anyone's dream in a heartbeat. Its definitely an escape for her from the nagging family to actually relax a little and take the day off from work. Beaches and tanning is probably anyone's main focus but for someone who has never seen the ocean before that is far beyond compare. Moving into a apartment complex on the west side of Hollywood was the easy part, getting to understand her roommate a guy that takes 20+ minutes to do his hair everyday and uses a catchphrase every time he exits the room takes time to get used to. His name? Chad Dylan Cooper.
As for Chad and Scarlett, watch them become friends and maybe even closer than that. But, all good things must come to an end when both meddling friends get involved pulled them apart all because of the living arrangement
