On a cold winter day, the snow too thick to see beyond, a barbarian so vicious his gaze inspires fear, appears at the barricade. Claudius fails to signal the Citadel, and the Legion is unprepared to meet him.
  
  The Hungarian traitor contesting the barbarian King's rule, Gyula, is given to the horde as a piece of loot so they leave the Citadel. However, when Claudius cries out to his captured friend, the traitor is murdered in front of the legion, and the whole Empire's safety is threatened.

This is based on a role play I did in a Sanders Sides fan group. It is also inspired by the show Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts and a podfic called The Selfish Protector by DragonSaphira Reads. Anyway synopsis: Janus wasn't sure where it had all gone wrong. Everything had been going so well. He'd been getting along better with the ligh- 'other' sides, Roman and Virgil had definitely seemed to be getting used to his presence in videos, and they'd even been inviting him to join in on their famILY traditions. Where had it gone wrong? His snake half. Janus had noticed that he'd been adopting more reptilian traits. Shedding? Fine. A few extra scales? Easy to hide... mostly. But it's become more and more prominent and more and more painful and frustrating to deal with. Janus won't ask for help, fearing the others might start to not trust him again and undo everything he'd worked for. How will this go? Logan, Roman, Patton, Virgil, Remus, and Janus belong to Thomas Sanders. I don't know what ships will be in this or if there even will be any, but I'm assuming I'll end up adding either Moceit, Loceit, or Roceit.
