(Sequel to Vibranium Strong) Margaret 'Rainy' Rogers grew up knowing three things: First, she is a gifted piano prodigy. Second, her mother has been missing for fourteen years, and is assumed to be dead. Third, She is NOT to become an Avenger at all costs. Now seventeen, Maggie's life couldn't be more chaotic, but when you live in a world that always needs saving, things don't always go as planned. Her impending future at Juliard hangs in the balance as her father, Captain Steve Rogers, urges her to live a normal life that he always wanted her to have. However, Maggie has different plans as she longs to become and avenger and take over the legendary title of Captain America. Her desire to find the truth about her 'assumed to be dead' mother consumes her every thought. Balancing a possible future at Juliard, her dream of being an avenger, her desire for the truth about her mother, attending her first public high school, her crush on a boy in a Queens high school, and making her parents proud is not an easy task to do. But when dark secrets from the past step out of the shade and into Maggie's path, she's forced to make impossible decisions against the people she loves. She finds herself questioning every step she takes and every person she knows. And it all leads to one heart-stopping moment that will change her life forever. - If you haven't read Vibranium Strong first, you probably shouldn't start this one! This is book two! Thanks to all my readers from Vibranium Strong, I am continuing the story with their daughter, Maggie. I hope you love this! Warning! May be a tear jerker in some places. And finally, I don't own Marvel. But I do own my characters Maggie and Alice Rogers along with Cole Matthews.

THIS STORY HAS MOVED TO TUMBLR! Details given in the latest update. A story in which America's favorite Captain gives a new life and family to a five-year-old girl who has suffered well beyond her years... During an intense Hydra-disassembly mission, the Avengers are able to successfully detain countless Hydra personnel, as well as several of the evil agency's test subjects. But in the midst of the harrowing scene, America's favorite Captain is asked to investigate the final holding cell in the experimentation lab. There, he finds a small child huddled fearfully in a corner with a blindfold over her eyes, a complete contrast to the other prisoners who were all super-built, raging with anger, and ready to fight. Over his earpiece, the other Avengers are able to offer Captain scrambled bits of information they've all gathered about this mysterious creature, referred to as simply "Girl." But when she's brought back to the Avenger's Headquarter's to be further investigated, he finds out that there's much more to this little girl's story than anyone had initially imagined. With the seemingly complete elimination of Hydra, the heroic group are offered more freedom and time to make real lives for themselves. But Steve Rogers has formed a soft spot for a certain fellow ex-test subject. Along with the help of his friends, will he be able to help Girl heal and find hope for her future? And what will happen when Girl's dark past attempts to catch back up with her? [Trigger warning: physical, emotional, and sexual abuse of a child.] [Spoiler alert: This fan-fiction will include many unavoidable spoilers to most of/if not all the films in the Avengers series. Read at your own discretion.] [Lowercase of titles intended.] All original writing. Steve Rogers and all other Marvel Universe content belong to their respective owners/creators.
