Ashley and her older bother TJ Bell live together in a small apartment in Miami. TJ joins a new band and the bands drummer, Robert, falls in love with TJ's younger sister Ashley. Ashley soon fall in with the wrong crowd of people leaving her addicted to drugs and alcohol. With the help of Robert, TJ helps get his sister sober after she leave hospital for a suicide attempt. They soon move to Vegas with the rest of the band.
