It was like waking up from your worst nightmare. You know, the one where everything goes wrong and nothing's perfect and there is no chance something good will come out. That is the definition of Rayna Greene. Except it's not a nightmare, it's her life. Before he came into her life, she was a dull piece of wood. Then he came and he lit that dull piece of wood on fire and she was blooming colors from the rainbow. Everything was perfect. It was the opposite of a nightmare... A dream. Just recently, the fire died. And it went right back to the nightmare and the dull piece of wood. Her friends Addison Wolfe and Emery Crew keep telling her to move on. But she can't. How can you just forget about all the great things they did together; like watching a movie at 2 in the morning, eating Chinese food while playing poker or just talking about their future. All that was supposed to be gone now? Rayna doesn't believe in letting go. She can't just let go of him. After everything they went through to becoming a couple, it ends. And she won't take that as an answer. She decides to secretly plan something to get him back. The only problem is, no one knows where he went that night. Everyone assumes that he left her for someone else. But they're just scared to know the truth of why he's not here, next to Rayna.

"Will?" I asked sleepily. "Hey Rayna?" Will's quiet voice said shakily, immediately causing me to sit up straighter. "Will, what's wrong?" I asked, worry covering my face. "No one else was picking up. I need someone, please, Ray? I promise, I'll make it up to you," Will said, sounding desperate. Rayna Adams was outgoing. She could make conversation with anyone, and somehow they'd listen to her. She was a dancer, mainly to let out her emotions. She didn't know what she wanted to do in the future, but every decision she made was for her parents. William Haines was shy. He was quiet, and he hated small talk with random people he had no desire to talk to. He was a boxer, and he was a good one. He was smart, but he was mad at life, he wasn't sure exactly what he wanted to do. But maybe, if they worked together, they could learn more about themselves and help each other out along the way. (I know this description sucks, but I hope you'll still give my book a chance!) THE FIRST FEW CHAPTERS ABSOLUTELY SUCK AND I WILL GO BACK AND REWRITE IT, WHEN THE STORY IS OVER, BUT THE NEWER CHAPTERS ARE WAY BETTER.
