Sakami Kuro is an assassin along with her twin sister they are top the assassins they have a good education that they attend Kunugigaoka high school and in a good class which is A Class, but, when they were asked to kill a yellow octopus who is planning on destroying the earth. Sakami and Ruka have to try and kill the yellow octopus that can go mach 20 which is like impossible and they got transferred to E Class. While the time that Sakami and Ruka has spent in E Class they might open up their hearts to a certain person, and will they kill Koro Sensei?
