There may be more than a hundred tips that I shall be posting. Can be a thousand, can be ten, who knows?
What I do know is, that I'll be hoping that these tips may actually help you in real life. Maybe you'll need them in certain situations, if you did, let me know and make my day!

Finding Balance!
I am the best and i have countless awards to show for it. My restaurants are known all over the world. I can stand with giants and they will notice me because am the best there is and i earned it at the age of 26. Not many Chefs can stand and make the same claim as i. My restaurant is everything to me and i will not allow anything to distract my focus. All i have ever done is give. Evolution
There are a lot of things you don't really think about until they happen to you. Take rape, for instance. I always thought, "That won't happen to me. I have a boyfriend. I trust him. He would never take advantage of me like that..." I couldn't have been more wrong. Love in this day and age is often confused for manipulation and abuse. The warning signs are here. The things we say will tell us everything that is wrong. You are worth more than what you think you are. It's not your fault. If they tell you otherwise, get out. Burn the bridge. Always remember someone is waiting for you to walk into their life. Someone needs you. Someone loves you. Getting away from all of the wrong people and finding the right ones could save you. I can promise you right now that it saved me. These are the journal entries and selected poems from my first experience of love that left a unpleasant taste in my mouth- quite literally. I walked out of my room and closed the door. I started to go downstairs where I could hear my siblings talking. I was almost to the stairs when I heard a door open and close. There's not a lot that can freak me out in this world. Only large animals with sharp claws, too many people touching me, bullies, hives, horror movies, sitting underneath fans or lights or anything that dangles from a ceiling, glass or wooden bridges, my mother, mosquitoes, public situations, taking a shower with nobody in the house, taking a shower with too many people in the house and crocks.
