Dan and Phil are a very unlikely pair of friends; Dan is a go-lucky university student, Phil an introspective street photographer. While working on a project one day, Dan and Phil are suddenly informed that a very dangerous person is on the loose, and that the streets are no longer safe. It seems there is a serial killer is living among them.

Day by day, Dan finds himself falling deeper and deeper into the twisted reality of the situation. Will the truth be uncovered, or is it best to keep it buried within the lies surrounding the town?
