There's really no hope for Meltem Suarez ; yet despite all , she dares to dream. 

This miserable uneducated orphan who roams the harsh and dangerous streets of Bogota, trying to make a living off selling mints and candies on a daily basis, instead of attending school, in order to maintain her and her grandmother. 


She's never had a father figure, and with her mother in prison, this orphan's been left in custody of her grandmother, who upon seeing that selling mints isn't enough, and her 17th birthday right around the corner, pushes her off in the wrong direction...The direction of trafficking.

More explicitly, human sex trafficking. So Mel's horrible grandmother intends on selling her to whoever is willing to pay enough.

All she wants is hope. Something to hold on to. Someone to hold on to. Someone who can help her piece her soul back together...

All he wants is someone who likes him for who he is. For his goofy personality , and childish ways. Not because he's rich . Not because he's famous, and on the cover of every magazine known. 

Up until now, every girl he's approached, has turned out shallow and fake, they only "like" him because he's in CNCO. Despite their high class social ranking, Dressed up in fine clothes, and expensive jewelry, They all eventually disappoint him.


Stressed out and just so done, he decides to take a break from CNCO. Along with his best friend, Zabdiel De Jesus, they decide to go to Bogota, Colombia for a week...

Which just so happens to be the week Meltem turns 17...The week she's to be sold.
