2054... The year all of  this started. I am keeping a series of journals to keep track of whats happening. 

2054- I was a 9 year old boy. A plague had risen and had taken out my whole town. 

2056- the local town put us into these things called " divisions ". There was a capital, and five other chambers, the chambers were split up into towns. I was hatching a plan to get out this death hole. 


2058- now a thirteen year old boy, my parents were wiped out by the capital. They saw them as a threat. The capital figured that they had started a rebellion, but it was me, I called it... Code Z. 

Unknown- the last time I wrote, I was a small thirteen year old boy. I have continued " Code Z " and now we're a huge rebellion group. Every where I look, there is my name, there is my picture, with the word " wanted " hanging over it. I have to go, but I will keep on writing.All Rights Reserved

zombie apocalypse | the fallen (book One) [REWRITING] by optic_poison

Firstly, A trigger warning for mental health/ self inflicted wounds when reading. you're only 18 years old. your name is zoe. you always had a love for the apocalypse but didn't think it would truly happen. and you slowly learn that nobody is who they say they are. Nobody is to be trusted. Things are gonna fall apart, and nobody can save us now. This book is being rewritten again and hopefully is better than the first and second time it was published. It's kind of cringe most of the way. Wrote it when i was like 13-14 years old or something and tried rewriting when I was about 16. Didn't work. Trying to rewrite it again at 20 but i don't think the first two books are saveable. Book three so far however is going well(i believe anyway). The second book has also been rewritten and will be rewritten again. now I'm working on finishing book three. All characters are mine but ellis is not I will be changing a lot of character names again in this rewriting process in all books, ellis being the biggest.

People are running about, living their lives, and generally enjoying themselves with their new 'smart' devices, which, for better or for worse, are actually living up to their name. Finally. Enter outcast Vincent Schorennherr. Her parents [emphasis on her] parents wanted a boy, no luck on that account, and they let her know that every day. You think that's not so bad? Think again. "Sorry, Vincent, but you're going to school anyways, flu or no flu." Well, just before first period, a 'conveniently'-timed password-entry prompt pops on on her phone screen, right as she: 1) Presses the sensor, and 2): sneezes, spreading rhinoviruses all over herself and her phone. She wipes the phone off and goes to class,thinking nothing more of the incident until the next day, when she goes to turn it on and gets a kill screen: "Fatal Error 81-141. The flu's contagious, didn't you know that? Bye now, gone to play Caesar- Veni, vidi, vici and all that." With that, her phone blinks off, and within hours, other phones begin to follow suit. With panic on the rise, and global tensions rapidly following suit, can Vincent and her friends find the cure before it's hard shutdown? **NaNoWriMo 2017** Complete in the sense that I'll probably never write any more of this story. I might edit it someday, though. I had a decent idea when I started, but that quickly went out the window.
