In the days following of the death of River's grandfather, Riley Jones, she ventures upstairs to the attic of her childhood home, and what she finds is not what ever could have anticipated. It's impossible. She discovers a journal written by her grandfather entailing his exploits as a time traveler in the employ of a secret agency.

Her grandfather really hadn't expected her to not investigate what he had truly been doing all those years, did he? She didn't think so either.

Voices

15 parts Ongoing

"I thought I was over it, that the past was behind me. Yet, voices still constantly close into my thoughts, having more control of me as each day passes, surrounding me, criticising my every move. The feeling of getting intimate with someone scared me...were they going to leave too? Were they going to take the rest of my self control and confidence away, and leave me trapped in my empty dark galaxy?" Scared of commitment, Riley tries to trust and love again as she explores a new chapter in her life, university. Hoping to find someone to lean on in her most vulnerable moments as she uncovers the truth about her parents, she allows two unexpected strangers into her isolated world, Levi and Hudson. Will she allow them to finally break down her walls and show her how to embrace the beautiful world around her, or will she be consumed by her own overwhelming doubts?
