Brooklyn North, an average 17 year old with a dream; escape.
She has friends, lots of them. She has a small family, whom hate her. She also has money, which is good to spend.
All that she wants in life is her escape; music.
Robbie Saunders, a cocky 18 year old with something Brooklyn doesn't have; popularity.
He has friends, lots of them. He has a small family, whom love him. He has money, but no not from his parents.
All he wants is something real; something like her.

Who would've thought that Robbie would finally notice the girl at the back of the class? Who would finally speak to her, make her laugh and draw her in.
Clearly not anyone at Lakewood High.
Lakewood High is all about popularity, if you're not popular then you don't speak to the populars unless spoken too, easy enough.
Brooklyn has managed to ignore that group ever since freshman year.
But why now has Robbie come swooping into her life like Prince Charming on a horse? Why now is she suddenly interested in that group of people? Maybe it's just that one boy.
