Emma is like any normal girl. She has a mom, who is very nurturing, and a dad who is oddly distant. She lives in a small town that is just outside of Odessa, Texas and doesn't quite fit in. That changes when she attends a meet-up for humans and evos. A bomb attack happens and she walks away from the attack with a scratch because of new found evo abilities.
This story goes through how Emma goes through with controlling her abilities with the help of Kane, who has a shady background, and how she got them from her dad, who has been hidden from her for six years.
