You think by now they would've cleared up those misconceptions, but nope. We hunt, we feed, we have super strength and speed, we're cold but not uncaring. We don't sparkle or shy from the sun. Harmony Maddison, the average werewolf 15 year old going onto 16, at this time she is supposed to shift, but didn't. Her pack- her family become bullies and she feels like she's been degraded to the omega, until one day, a small group of 3 new were wolfs show up at her school to whisk her away to a happier place, or so they thought. They have their ups and downs but nothing is compared to what they have in stored, the new roller coaster they must ride to have a happily ever after, if you can call it that. I know the book starts slow, that's how I wanted it to be, to build to the exciting parts. It may be a drag, I know but it'll be worth it when the book speeds up with the roller coaster that Harmony has to ride, so to speak. Give it time and it'll spike your interest. Werewolves exist, but none of that sparkly vampire bullshit. In this world, we are divided into two categories, human, and wolf. Wolves are divided into four categories as well. Alpha, the leader of the pact, beta, the most trusted followers, normals, those who came use their abilities, and omegas, completely average. Unfortunately, every century or so, a omega is born that is extremely fertile, able to give birth to many wolf children. Its bad enough to be attacked when in heat, but for that to happen? Yet, we sill follow the rules of mates, so this rare omega ends up with only one person. And it's only when the omega is in heat can they have children, male or female. Over century has gone by without a sight of this rare Omega. At least, that's what I thought. It's not until I go into heat for the first time, when I'm seventeen, that I realize that it's me, and my mate......... My mate isn't the least bit friendly. This story is mostly fluff, so yeah. Lots of kisses and fluffy wolf babies. Little angst. It's also very short. After the epilogue, the story will continue in a sequel. This is a novel about a topic we technically made up randomly and if there are any mistakes, errors, or just places I could fix and add more details please tell me, I want to make this book enjoyable and exciting to read! Please do be aware if you can't deal with blood this book does get descriptive (Partly true) and I will be explaining what scars, burns and wounds look like and the pain felt for them. This book is more themed in the future than it is nowadays. You may also find some technology that is more futuristic, and there are things talking about the past. Most of the book is switching between views of the main characters. We want you to expect the unexpected in this book, for example: Most books don't kill off the main character, we want you to think we will kill off one of them. Most of the characters in this will have birthdays and age in the background and it may not be written. There will be more books coming out so we will end this one on a cliffhanger.Complete
