The two were inseparable. Soon a dark elf joins the party and the three become best friends. The boy is soon taken in to train for leadership over the camps. Y/n was trained and wanted to hate wolves, yet she had a strange love for the mysterious creatures. Then she happens to get caught up in a raid with the Companions. She had helped Urgrad, her best friend and love, kill the leader, Kodlak. Soon the Companions want revenge and attack her camp. She gets drawn away and is found by a man. A man she's met a few times before. Farkas. She joins the group and they train her. Her destiny falls into place as her life is quickly changed as she falls for the werewolf named Farkas. I update frequently! The chapters start of slow but I promise they get better! Vilkas x Dragonborn fan fiction Originally titled "You Don't Have to Save The World Alone, Harbinger," but that was long and a little ridiculous. My most recent Skyrim play-through, personal character idea (female nord Dragonborn) and a few head-cannons that went with it. Dragonborn knows she's the Dragonborn and many other things about Skyrim. Companions quest-line, civil war quest-line, and main story quest-line (consider this a spoiler warning!) Mostly from Vilkas's point of view and the Dragonborn's point of view. And of course as this is a fan-fiction, the only character that is mine is my specific version of the Dragonborn, everyone else belongs to Bethesda. A portion of the dialogue comes directly from the game as well. Also, no smut, but there will be some strongly suggestive occasions so I marked it "mature". So, if you look up Farkas's skill stats, they might surprise you... On one of my Skyrim play-throughs, I did the thing where you drop a piece of armor near Farkas and then tell him he can have it when he asks, and that makes him available as a follower... so I took Farkas with me all over Skyrim even though I'd only started the Companion's quest line. That prompted me to look some things up and come up with a few head-cannons... So here's the story that I tried to make tie everything in my head together... "Farkas is intrigued when he meets a small imperial archer and is unexpectedly caught up in her adventures. As he learns more about her he soon decides he'll do everything he can to protect her... and that promise takes him places he never imagined he'd go; brings discoveries no one thought possible; and changes the course of everything..." Marked "mature" just to be safe, there is occasional foul language and graphic descriptions of cannon-typical violence, implied sexual content, and character death and grieving. A RANGER IS BORN
First off, this story was not written by me. I am posting it for a friend of mine, with permission of course. This took place in a Dungeons & Dragons game over 30 years ago. It is a about how one of the player characters got his start; Crentar Bronn. He is a human ranger of 1st level in this story. This is important to note, because it'll bring more perspective as you read the story. I was the DM (Dungeon Master) for this game. At the time, we were still in high school, which of course, gives away our age. lol I decided to have each character do it solo before they actually met up with each other. A teaser so-to-speak. Eventually, there was five player characters in the game. My friend who ran Crentar Bronn remembers this whole solo adventure to this very day in great detail. A few years after the game is when he wrote this story. We were recently reminiscing about 'old times' and he told me that he actually wrote it out as a story. He was then able to find it on an old hard drive & then sent it to me. I was very surprised at how good this is & how great his memory was from that adventure. I'm flattered that he was so inspired by it, that he turned it into a story! I hope you enjoy this early adventure of Crentar Bronn as much as we did. Perhaps, with enough comments & likes, he'll be inspired to write more chapters. THX
