This is actually based on my life my life full of struggles and see only little happiness in me I just thought I should write my life down would make me a little calmed down to release something from my heart at least my heart is not that burdening anymore. P.s. (not literally my life I'm just showing worst case scenarios cuz that's how I feel my life is ).
