The Dark One

Although they are considered to be a myth, the dark stories of the dark woods of Elesmeer are ones that nobody wishes to listen to. When Princess Zirra of Arsta wishes to escape an arranged marriage, her and her lover, Thalin Captain of the guard, decide to elope. Their plan is to go to the country of Rosindore where they will be safely out of her father's reach. But the quickest way to Rosindore is through the dark woods of Elesmeer where nobody has dared to stray. But the stories are just considered a myth... or are they...
