KL Santiago is a gangster leader of Negative One who's heart is broken. Trying to mend his broken heart alone but she came to help him pick up the shattered pieces. He try to push her away but he always fails. That girl is Yzel Maracigan, naive and brave who loves to mess with the gangsters.

When everything seems so perfect, the ex-girlfriend came back and trying to win his heart again. That Bratty Ex make an ally to the N.O's rival gang to get rid of that girl not knowing that the rival's leader is planning for KL's death. Gangsters war begins. Death surrounds them.

They will fight for their love or just give up to save each other's life? Is she will hold his hand 'till the end or just slowly walk away?
