It's the year 4065, and the end has come, but luckily there are still survivors even after the explosion of Nuke 092. These survivors must but their skills to the test and see if they can restore the world back to normal. It won't be easy, but they would do anything to get their world back.

Only when the people who were left out to face the sun found the bases did they find a solution. The outsiders were deranged and barely human, changed by the radiation of the sun, they were taken into the bases and were sedated and hooked up to the power source.
