The year is 1000. I lived in mystic falls,Virginia . I lived in a town with my parents, twin sister and, two brothers. Damon is the oldest sibling. Stefan is the second oldest .Katherine is my twin sister. Our mother is a witch. In mystic falls there were a couple of witch family's and the rest of he families are werewolf's families.
"Elena, do you want to a party with your father and me." said mother.
The parties that were thrown by parents, and they were horrible. I always came up with an excuse to not go to one. The witches always threw a party every year. My parents would never go to a party unless it was the party that was thrown by the witches. All they did there was just talk about spells and other witch related things. I don't even know if you can call it a party.
" I have plans today. I am going to hang out with Sarah, Nyjah, and Jasmine at Sarah's house. Sorry, maybe you can ask Katherine." I said
"That's okay honey" said mother. Good thing I had plans.

I've been in my sister's shadow for my whole entire life. I wouldn't have been if I hadn't been born with the looks I have. I have flaming red hair that's super-freakishly curly & frizzy, green eyes so dark that they could be black, and ears that naturally came to a point. The only person person who was nice to me, was Matt Donavan. We were best friends growing up. And then came puberty. My sister became more beautiful, while I became more ugly. And when started our freshman year in high school. My sister grabbed Matt before I even had the chance to tell him that I loved him. I managed to convince my parents to let me move to Richmond. The only reason they agreed to it is so that they didn't have to deal with me. Aunt Jenna was the one who helped me pack, and drove me to my apartment along with Bonnie Bennet who wanted to apologize for ignoring me. But now I've decided to return for my senior year.
