Ever walked into a room, alone, and felt like you were being watched? Ever been out with friends and feel like you've had the exact conversation you're having before? Ever felt like you're living in some kind of alternate reality? All these strange phenomena have a name: Multiversal dissonance. In the 21st Century, the World found that it was one of many realities all organised onto some kind of cosmic tree, with their "Prime" Reality as the trunk. The Multiversal Affairs Agency was set up by the UN under a new stewardship policy with one goal: Protect the Prime Reality and Defend any reality that comes under threat from extra-dimensional forces. But the MAA cannot save every reality. Every reality has its own timeline. It's own fate. Sometimes all you can do is save the survivors. Infinite Realities. Countless variants of people. What does it matter if someone replaces their dead counterpart in a new universe? It doesn't hurt anyone... right?
