Benjamin Coleman, Principal of Oakland Elementary School in New Orleans, Louisiana, feels no reason to love or to be loved. Olivia Bennett is in need of a job and stumbles over the ad for a job opening at a small elementary school. They learn more and more about each other as more opportunities arise. But even then there is so much unknown. One thing that is known, is that principals and teachers cannot be together. No exceptions. How far will they go to try to make this work? How will the know when great opportunity arises? And who knows what the outcome will be?
