Nurses and patients sleeping around, doctors shooting up patients drugs, disease runs rampant, and more. Pete is "celebrating" his two year Anniversary of being stuck there. His insanity and bipolar disorder go hand in hand, as he braves the halls. He basically runs the place. Soon the two cross paths, and more changes than both can ever imagine.
